We understand that our packages may not fit all customers – no worries, custom packages are available. If you require more sessions per-month, more concurrent calls or additional AI minutes – simply contact our sales staff for more options. The following pakcage customizations are available to all paid subscriptions:

AI Services - $18 USD

180 Additional Minutes
180 additional minutes of AI services, including TTS, STT and LLM services. If you exceed your monthly package allowance, you will be charged according to this upgrade option.

Sessions - $59 USD

25,000 Additional Sessions
25,000 additional sessions per month. If you exceed your monthly package allowance, you will be charged according to this upgrade option.

Concurrent Calls - $100 USD

10 Additional Channels
25,000 additional concurrent calls per month. If you exceed your monthly package allowance, you will be charged at $0.5 USD per channel per day.

Q&A

Frequenty asked question about Cloudonix pricing and upgrade options.

Why don't you charge by the minute? isn't it simpler?

In some cases, per-minute charges are simpler – that is true. However, as Cloudonix is an infrastructure service, we don’t believe in per-minute charges. Per-minute charges promote an unhealthy relationship between the platform user and the platform, where the user always believes the bill is wrong. Using discrete units for billing simplifies billing, and reduces the friction associated with per-minute billing.

Your Free account, is it limited in some manner?
Our Free account isn’t any different from normal accounts; it has access to all features and paltform resources. However, as a Free account, it is limited based on the following:
  • You may use only 2 concurrenct calls. The third call gets disconnected – no overage is allowed.
  • You are limited to 1,000 sessions per month, after that, your account become disabled till the next month.
  • Use of TTS and STT is limited to standard models.
  • LLM usage is not available
How do you calculate overage fees?
Let’s assume that you are using the professional package – which is priced at $89 USD.

At the end of the billing cycle, we will examine your usage and retrive the following information:
  • Number of sessions consumed
  • Number of maximum concurrent calls per day
  • Number of AI minutes consumed/li>
Now, let’s assume that each day you didn’t have more than 10 concurrent calls, and your AI usage didn’t exceed the allotted 180 minutes. However, your usage exceeded the allotted 25,000 session, and reach 80,000 sessions for the month. So, in the next billing cycle, you will be billed at additional $177 USD, representing 75,000 additional sessions, based upon $59 USD per 25,000 sessions.
Do you provide volume discounts?
ABSOLUTELY YES!

Volume discounts are available in two cases:
  • You pay annually – automatically will be subject to a 12% discount
  • You ask for a package that is higher than the normal allotted package
In the above cases, you will receive a customized pricing plan, that represents your specific use-case.
I've paid for annul plan, but I don't need it anymore - do you refund?
As a company policy, monthly payment or annual payments are non-refundable. If you wich to cancel your account and believe that you’re entitled to some form of refund, please contact our sales staff to have your case examined.
