A Letter From Our CEO

The improvement of people's lives has been Cloudonix's mission since its incorporation in 2018. The ways our clients use our platform to advance this goal continue to impress us. When the COVID-19 pandemic began, we received requests from clients who wanted to help their remote workers communicate more effectively and securely, and to give parents peace of mind about keeping their kids safe.

Here are a few examples of how our customers are using Cloudonix in ways that align with the United Nations' 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Goal 3 — Ensure Healthy Lives and Promote Well-Being for All

Through our platform, clients have offered services and helped secure funds for social and medical services. One client used the Cloudonix platform to offer psychological support to victims of terror and missile attacks.

Goal 8 — Promote Sustained, Inclusive and Sustainable Economic Growth, Full and Productive Employment and Decent Work for All

Customers of Cloudonix have used our technology to offer remote employment to people unable to come into the office for medical reasons, as well as work-from-anywhere options during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Goal 9 — Build Resilient Infrastructure, Promote Inclusive and Sustainable Industrialization and Foster Innovation

Using voice AI capabilities, a Cloudonix partner in Nigeria is building a training program that makes communications more dependable and efficient, even in circumstances where communication is otherwise challenging. Industrialization is encouraged inclusively by bringing cutting-edge technology to the African market, ensuring that advancements reach the areas that stand to gain the most.

Another example is our partner Spark, whose civil-response platform enables efficient coordination between emergency and first-responder teams, even without internet connectivity. The platform promotes inclusive communication by ensuring everyone can interact effectively regardless of their access to advanced technology, thanks to its network- and device-neutral design — built on Cloudonix's approach to communications, which allows teams to coordinate using standard phone calls and voice controls on conventional phones.
