ESG Letter from the CEO

The improvement of people’s lives has been Cloudonix’s mission since its incorporation in 2018. Our clients’ use of our platform to achieve this objective has impressed us. When the COVID-19 pandemic first began, we received requests from clients who wanted to help their remote workers communicate more effectively and securely (Objective 8 Session 3) and give parents peace of mind about keeping their kids safe (Goal 16 Session 3 Violence against children) through Viacom/Nickelodeon.

Here are few examples of the way our customers are using Cloudonix along the goals of the 17 SDGs:

Through our platform, our clients have been offering services and helping to secure funds for social and medical services. One of our clients used the Cloudonix platform to offer psychological support to terror and missile victims early in the Israeli war.

Customers of Cloudonix used our technology to offer remote employment for people unable to come into the office due to medical reasons, as well as work from home/anywhere possibilities for health reasons during the COVID-19 epidemic.

Using voice AI capabilities, a Cloudonix partner in Nigeria is constructing a training school that improves communications, making it more dependable and efficient, even in circumstances when communication may be challenging.

Industrialization is encouraged inclusively by bringing cutting-edge technologies to the African market, guaranteeing that technological advancements reach areas that stand to gain the most from them.

Promoting innovation: One obvious example of how technological innovation can be applied to address communication and administrative issues, streamlining procedures and enhancing efficiency, is the application of voice AI to enhance communications with government agencies.

Building a strong communication infrastructure is facilitated by Spark’s civil response platform, which enables efficient management and communication of emergency and first responder teams even in the absence of internet connectivity.

The platform promotes inclusivity in communication by ensuring that everyone can interact effectively, regardless of their access to cutting-edge technology, thanks to its network and device neutrality.

This solution innovates as based on Cloudonix’s creative approach to communications, which permits teams to communicate via standard phone calls and voice controls on conventional phones.
