How do I create a Cloudonix account?

To create a Cloudonix account, simply click the “Signup” button at the top of the screen, or just click here. Once at the cockpit’s login page, simply click the green “Social Login” button to continue. No credit card is required to sign up.

Do you provide a trial period?

Yes. Cloudonix provides all accounts with a 14 days trial period, after which, in order to continue using your account to the fullest – you’ll need to enter your credit card information. If not entered, after 14 days your account will be limited to 1,000 sessions per month and 2 active calls.

Why don't you charge according to call minutes?

The practice of billing according to call minutes is as ancient as the telephony industry, and we don’t believe that ancient practices fit our modern times. With the advancement of technology, and the adoption of new AI paradigms, minutes based charging should become a thing of the past – and a session based billing apprach is more fitting to our day and age.

Can I connect my own phone numbers and providers?

YES! Absolutely!
Cloudonix is all about freedom. The freedom to connect any service provider, any communications system, or any other SIP compatible equipment into a single service construct. With Cloudonix, you bring your own phone numbers, carriers, and business practices – we will provide you with the infrastructure to make good use of these.

Is my account limited in any way?

ABSOLUTELY NOT!
Once your account had been converted to a paid account, unless clearly requested, your account isn’t limited in any form. You subscription package will be billed based upon your selection. If you will exceed your package allotment, you will be charged based an associated overage fee, depending on the service. You can find out more information about our package in our pricing page.

I'm not a developer, how can I make use of Cloudonix?

No worries, being a developer isn’t really a must to use Cloudonix to its fullest. You can use Make™ to create your call-flows and control the platform, using a simple to use NoCode platform. Click here to learn more about our Make™ application.

Cloudonix was made by-developers, for-developers. As such, we recommend referring to our developer portal. Specifically, we recommend that you start with the Start Here Guide, then, complete the First Application Tutorial.

Do you provide volume discounts?

Cloudonix’s pricing is designed to fit as many use-cases as possible. However, if your use case differs from what we offer, for example, exceeding 500,000 sessions per month, or requiring over 150 active calls-it’s best to contact us directly to discuss your requirement.

How does the integration work?
Cloudonix provides a seamless integration path to ReTell, via the <Dial><Service> CXML verb. In order to dial any ReTell provisioned voice agent, simply use the following sample CXML:

How do transfers work?
Natively, ReTell provides transfer functions, via a SIP Refer function. However, that function isn’t supported natively on Cloudonix (and multiple other platforms as well, due to security and fraud related isues).
As a means to provide a more agnostic workflow, Cloudonix provides a call control API, which includes functions like Switch Voice Application and Outbound Call From Application – specifically for that purpose. We invite you to view the following video tutorial for more information on the topic:
